A Promise, A Purpose, A Legacy
Complete Care Solutions Group was born from loss, faith, and a deep calling to serve. In 2009, Demetras Douglas experienced an unthinkable tragedy—losing her husband and facing life without the very protection she had spent years advocating for.
Just two years later, she was tested again when her mother was diagnosed with stage four breast cancer, followed by her five-year-old daughter’s battle with Crohn’s disease.
Standing in the depths of uncertainty, she made a promise to God: "If You get me through this, I will dedicate my life to serving Your people." That promise became her purpose, and from that purpose, Complete Care Solutions Group was born—not just as an insurance agency, but as a lifeline for those navigating the unknown.
